Esan Regmi is the Executive Director and a founding member of Campaign for Change. Esan is an intersex man. Born in a remote mountainous district of Bajura in Far Western Development Region of Nepal. Opened out in the society with intersex identity in 2011. Esan is the first intersex human rights activist of Nepal. He has been raising intersex issues since 2011 and has organized a 1st national workshop for intersex community in Nepal, supported by UNDP regional office in Bangkok. During the program he collected, compiled and published intersex story book in Nepal. He proposed CRC and CEDAW report condemns Intersex infanticide and genital mutilation in 2016 and 2018. He advocates strongly and with limited resources for the human rights of Intersex people in Nepal.
